The faces behind Get it sorted Mackay
Hi. I’m Adrienne, as a busy working parent I understand that life can be chaotic. I love helping people get the support they need to live a stress free, focused life. Whatever that looks like for you.
My mission is to provide a completely non-judgemental, professional service that helps you find the space you need to increase your well-being and productivity. I am a helping hand for those without a support system and a breath of fresh air for those feeling overwhelmed. We’re the only service of it’s kind in our region that provides ongoing support for collecting behaviours.
Our service is all about you. This means I am here to listen, to unravel the mess, and to create a system that works with the way you already function. Whether you just need a fridge or a pantry sorted, an entire room, or a whole house, I am here to give you the support you need.
I will provide you with support during the process and after the project, to ensure you can continue to manage your home. I will work with you to work out a system that works for you and your family.
You don’t have to worry about your things being thrown out. I will sort everything out and you can decide what is important to keep and what you can let go of. I can even help you work out what you can sell.

When I’m not working with clients, I am working on my business and how I can provide an even better service to the people of Mackay struggling with hoarding or collecting tendancies. Recently this included attendance to a workshop with key stakeholders looking at working with people affected by hoarding and living in squalor, providing me with further training to help those of my clients in need.
I invest countless hours into my own professional development, including being a member of the Women in Leadership program supported by the Local Buying Foundation. I’m currently studying and enrolled in a female founders program for social entrepreneurs. My goal is to employee local women to empower them, and give them a career that they can work around their families.
We’re proud members of Mackay Chamber of Commerce
and Find an organsier Australia and New Zealand.
My husband and I are extremely busy (yet very organised) people, who love spending time with our three children, enjoying Mackay’s amazing beaches, and picnics at the park.
